FBO has conceptualized this business by keeping in mind the above 2 aspects in its Vision, in the following manner:-

The FBO shall ensure excellence in managing its function by adopting a holistic approach and by using the efficient services of its core team expert, and thereby delivering the best quality product and services to all its stakeholders. In this endeavor, we adhere to our core principles of Professionalism, Quality, Innovation, Integrity, Transparency and Commitment. And in the process we do generate reasonable profits which shall be shared BY THE PEOPLE proportionately. FBO’s financial fuel is provided by the money OF THE PEOPLE as investment in the various Projects to the extent of their capacity and willingness.

Our Core Team

CA. Asheesh Seshadri – Chairman & CEO

The Founder Chairman and CEO of the Company is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Since 2000, he has worked in a Real Estate & Infrastructure Company called M/s. Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise Ltd. (NICE) in various capacities and has resigned in August 2015 as DGM – Finance & Accounts. He had been one of the Core members of the team, responsible for the Financial Modelling and Financial Closure of the Rs.2,000 Crore Phase-1 of Bangalore- Mysore Infrastructure Corridor Project – (BMICP). He has to his credit a vast experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Investment Management, Fixed Assets Management, Investigation & Fraud Detection etc.

FBO’s concept/ Idea was originally conceived by him and he has taken ample time in making it a reality. He has been instrumental in forming FBO’s Core Team comprising members not only with the attributes of Professional Core competencies and Experience but also people with Integrity. He has a very strong faith in this concept, which is based on Social Equity with Profitability. His optimism is great, by the fact that he has converted this Idea / Concept into action inspite of all the odds, criticism, and pessimistic opinions of many people to whom this Idea/Concept was communicated. He firmly believes, the Success of this Idea shall be possible by strictly adhering to FBO’s core principles, by the synergies of Team Work & Network, by adopting Holistic Approach of Decision making and last but not the least an attitude of “willingness to share the profits”.

He wishes rather suggests that every human being should introspect himself and realise that the ultimate purpose of being born into this world is to contribute to the Motherland and Planet to make them a better place to live in. He is a kind of person with burning desire to contribute something big and worthy to this Planet, which improves the lives of billions of people across the world, before he passes off from this earth. Mr. Avinash Madhwaraj – Technical Head

An energetic and ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that he undertakes, or situation that he is presented with. He is a qualified Construction Management Professional (M.S) from University of Auckland and Civil Engineer (B.E) with 10 years of experience in the areas of Project Management, Contract Management, Site Operations and Subcontract Management with reputed organizations in India, New Zealand and Dubai. He has worked with most reputed organizations including architects, consultants, urban planners, etc.

Here are some of the highlights of projects that he has worked in India and abroad.

  • Development and extension of 50 km road in Al Qudra including relocation of services. (185M AED)
  • Asphalt works for Dubai Tram of 25 kms. (28MAED)
  • Development of Dubai Downtown area including works like structures, services relocation, new services installation, landscaping, etc. (80M AED)
  • EPC of Fixed Crushing Plant & Long Distance Conveyor project for Utkal Alumina in Orissa worth Rs. 90 Cr.
  • Chennai Metro Projects UAA 02, UAA 03 & UAA 04 – Principle Civil Subcontractors for Gammon – Mosmetrostroy JV & L&T – SUCG JV. (Rs. 5 Cr)
  • Executed Foundations such as Gantry Crane Foundations, DG Foundations, Crawler Crane Foundations, Cradle Foundations, Batching Plant Foundations, Conveyor Foundations, Tunnel Eye (Headwalls), Preparation of the area for the Loading and unloading of TBMs into the Shaft, Muck Disposal. (Rs. 6 Cr)
  • Repair and rehabilitation works in SYNGENTA (GOA). (Rs.1.5 Cr)
  • Strengthening works at Menzies Bobba Carga Terminal Bangalore. (Rs.1 Cr)

Mr. M. Ravishankar ( Builder & Developer) - Director

Ravishankar M. born in Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh and brought up in Bangalore has his roots from a Department stores business family. Upon completing his graduation in Bangalore, he continued onto his family business and with over three decades of experience, established customer centric benchmark quality and making the brand name “Sri Lakshmi Departmental Stores” well-known in the society. With the quench of expanding his business, started with a Whole sale trading in APMC yard, Yeshwanthpur in 2005.

Further on with the interest towards exploring new business, started into construction activities as a Managing partner with “Shivaganga Developers” since 2008. This joint venture business was successful in creating homes that met high standards of living with no compromises in quality and achieving customer satisfaction. With enough hands-on in the construction field, moved further on in establishing his own construction company, “Sri Lakshmi Developers” in 2015.

His value framework places the customer at the heart of every project due to the quality, reliability and transparency in creating properties that are ideal for urbanized living.

Mr. Narasimha Reddy Sura – Procurement Expert

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Sri Venkateswara University and Post-Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis University. He has a rich and versatile experience of more than 17 years in the domains of Finance & Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis both in Manufacturing Sector & ITES Industry and held managerial positions in the corporate companies like GE, IBM India & Oracle India. His passion towards REAL ESTATE influenced to take a dare & wild step to quit the Corporate. For the last 6 years, he has completely dedicated and practising professionally the Real Estate in a true sense. His core competency is “Land Procurement” along with Legal Scrutiny, Revenue Documentation and End to End services related to Land Properties located in Bangalore Urban, Rural and other adjoining Districts of the Silicon City.

Mr. R. Gupta – Marketing Expert

A young and dynamic person with great business acumen, who has 9 years of expertise in the Marketing of Real Estate products in the South of Bangalore. He has to his credit of being a successful professional incomparable to his age group.
